Common questions
How do I restore a guardian I bought?
Open Settings with the gear button and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with. Restoring brings back access to Frost, Water, Fire or the Trio pack. It does not restore saved progress, and purchases on iPhone and Android are separate.
I paid but the guardian is still locked
Some payments are pending until the store approves them, for example when a family organizer must approve a purchase. Keep the game open with a connection for a moment, then try Restore purchases in Settings. If it is still locked, email us with the date of purchase and your store receipt number (not your card details).
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. Use Apple’s “Report a Problem” page or Google Play’s order history to request one. A refunded guardian becomes locked again, but its saved progress stays on your device.
Will my progress move to a new phone?
No. Each sanctuary is saved only on the device where you play it. There are no accounts or cloud saves, so deleting the app or changing phones starts fresh unless your device restores the app’s data from its own backup.
The game says a save is damaged
The game keeps a previous good copy of every sanctuary on your device. When a save cannot be read, it keeps the damaged file and offers to recover the last good copy. Choose recover; a brand-new journey is never started without asking you.
Does my sanctuary grow while I’m away?
Yes. Every sanctuary you have started keeps producing from its plants, creatures, cleared-wave income and any automatic abilities you have earned. Challenges are never fought while you are away, so your cleared wave only rises when you win one.
I lost a challenge. Did I lose anything?
No. A defeat pauses that sanctuary’s income for five seconds, then farming resumes at the wave you had already cleared. Resources, upgrades and placements are kept.
